As an Experienced Technical Writer at Honeywell, you will be responsible for creating, editing, and publishing product cut-sheets, brochures, technical, and operational manuals. You will ensure that all literature complies with relevant regulatory requirements and standards. Additionally, this role involves supporting regulatory project management and conducting research to maintain up-to-date compliance across all documentation.
You will report directly to our Sr. Engineering Supervisor, and you’ll work out of our Muncie, IN location with an On-site work schedule.
In this role, you will contribute to the clarity, accuracy, and compliance of Honeywell’s product literature, supporting both customer understanding and regulatory adherence, while driving regulatory projects to successful completion.

YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics, communications, or related field.
- Proven experience creating, editing, and publishing technical and marketing literature including manuals, brochures, and cut-sheets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements relevant to product documentation.
- Experience supporting or managing regulatory projects and conducting compliance research.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather and verify technical and regulatory information.
- Experience with documentation and publishing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Dreamweaver, Mad Cap Flare, or similar software.
