Ship/Rec Specialist - Level 3 at Honeywell

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage daily shipping and receiving activities, including verifying and documenting incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Procurement, Logistics, and Manufacturing to ensure seamless material flow.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counts to ensure inventory integrity.
• Identify and resolve shipping and receiving discrepancies and escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all shipping and receiving operations.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Experience in shipping and receiving within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control processes and warehouse management systems.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably People Soft or SAP, to manage shipping and receiving data.
• Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in shipment documentation and inventory records.
• Understanding of safety and regulatory compliance related to shipping and receiving operations.

WE VALUE

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with material handling equipment and safety protocols.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
