Key Responsibilities:
1. Account Management:
· Lead the relationship with key accounts, serving as the main point of contact for the connected industrial business.
· Develop and execute account plans to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
· Regularly engage with executive-level stakeholders to address needs and establish trust.

Strategic Sales Development:
· Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and drive expansion strategies.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, project and after-market support teams, to deliver comprehensive solutions.
· Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to guide sales strategies.
3.
Customer Needs Assessment:
· Understand customer pain points and requirements related to connected industrial solutions.
· Provide expertise on product capabilities and industry applications to align solutions with customer objectives.
· Facilitate workshops and presentations to educate customers on our offerings.
4.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
· Monitor account performance and key metrics to evaluate success against targets.
· Prepare regular reports for senior management to outline account health, challenges, and growth opportunities.
· Utilize CRM tools to maintain up-to-date customer records and performance data.
5.
Collaboration and Leadership:
· Foster a collaborative environment across sales and technical teams to enhance solution delivery.
· Represent the company at industry conferences and events to strengthen market presence.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
· Minimum of 15 years of experience in key account management or sales within the industrial sector.
· Proven track record of managing complex accounts and driving growth in IT/OT technologies.
· Strong understanding of industrial IoT, automation, and data analytics.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency with SFDC and Microsoft Office Suite.
Desired Skills:
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
· Understanding of process domain in Oil& Gas, Refining, Petrochemicals etc
· Innovative mindset with a passion for emerging technologies in the industrial space.
· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
· Strong organizational skills with a focus on managing multiple accounts simultaneously
