As a Lead IT Engineer in the End User Compute Team at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing complex systems and solutions that drive innovation, safety, and efficiency across various industries. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of all approved solution development projects, collaborating on the deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of enterprise solutions while driving the adoption of technology platforms and design principles. This role requires a deep understanding of systems engineering and architecture, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders. The successful candidate will foster a collaborative and innovative team environment to ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the IT systems that support core organizational functions.
YOU MUST HAVE:
· 10+ years of experience in Information Technology
· 7+ years of combined experience in the management, administration, and architecture of Windows and Windows MDM tools (Intune/SCCM)
· Supported between at least 20K+ devices in an enterprise environment.
· Deep knowledge of systems engineering and enterprise solutions
· Microsoft EMS (Intune, Autopilot & Azure AD), incl. integration with Auto Pilot
· Proficiency with server, storage, and network virtualization technologies.
· Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
· Scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell)
· Experience with Power Bi and/or other reporting tools
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work under minimal supervision

· Significant experience in designing, developing, and debugging scalable End User Computing Solutions.

· Experience with Jamf MDM solutions

Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Project Delivery:
· Manage the delivery of all approved solution development projects, ensuring timely, within-scope, and budget-compliant completion.
· Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations in coordination with project managers and other stakeholders.
· Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
· Coordinate and prioritize team tasks to meet project deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs).
· Facilitate communication between IT, business units, and external partners for successful project outcomes.
Enterprise Solutions Deployment and Maintenance:
· Collaborate with IT teams and business units on the deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of enterprise solutions.
· Ensure effective integration of solutions into the existing IT infrastructure.
· Oversee the testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of deployed solutions, including administration of client-related settings, configuration items, baseline modeling, collections, and deployments.
· Lead, support, and streamline Intune and related environment for the Windows services.
Technology Adoption and Design Principles:
· Design, enhance, and implement End User Compute platforms and infrastructure to support business requirements while driving continual improvement and innovation
· Promote best practices and standards for systems engineering, architecture, and IT operations.
· Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
· Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and service records.
- Strategic Planning:
· Identify emerging technology trends and evaluate their potential impact on the company.
· Contribute to the development of IT strategies and roadmaps that align with business goals.
· Lead initiatives to implement new technologies and processes that enhance organizational performance.
