Honeywell's Trade Compliance team ensures compliance with international trade regulations and manages the import and export activities of the company. As a Trade Compliance Manager at Honeywell, you will have a direct impact on the company's global operations by ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. Your expertise in import and export regulations, along with your ability to develop and implement trade compliance policies, will contribute to the smooth flow of cross-border transactions. By staying updated with changes in trade regulations and effectively communicating their impact to the organization, you will help Honeywell maintain its reputation as a trusted global partner. YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in trade compliance, including import and export regulations
- 3–5 years of proven people management experience, leading and developing compliance professionals
- Strong working knowledge of U.S. and global import/export regulations, customs requirements, and trade controls
- Hands-on experience managing and maintaining trade compliance programs and processes
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and manage a team of trade compliance professionals
- Excellent analytical, investigative, and problem‑solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and apply them to business operations
