In this role, you will impact the organization by helping to maintain a culture of safety and environmental responsibility, reducing workplace hazards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational safety and sustainability.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
• 2+ years of experience in health, safety, and environmental engineering or related field
• Holders of the Class B Occupational Safety and Health Supervisor Certificate
• Knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices relevant to industrial environments
• Proficiency in conducting risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations to support workplace safety improvements
• Familiarity with HSE management systems and reporting tools applicable to process industries
• Other tasks assigned by the supervisor
• Six-month Contractual Employment

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in developing and executing HSE strategies aligned with organizational goals to promote a culture of safety and environmental stewardship.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Support compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, permits, and certifications by monitoring and reporting on HSE performance.
