As a Sr Account Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our PSS (Productivity Solutions and Services) business unit. Your expertise in managing strategic accounts and driving revenue growth will enable you to build and maintain strong customer relationships. By identifying new business opportunities, providing tailored solutions, and mentoring account managers and sales teams, you will contribute to the growth, customer satisfaction, and market guidance of our PSS business.
You will have the Southeast territory of the following states: West Virginia, Virginia, North and South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama and Mississippi.
The candidate MUST reside within the territory
YOU MUST HAVE
- 5+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Technology sales experience

The salary range for this position is ($100100-130000). The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
This role is INCENTIVE eligible

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for customer relationships
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understand their business needs and providing tailored solutions
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and work with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions
- Guide contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account
- Ability to travel within the territory a minimum of 50%
