As a Sales Technology Specialist (BMS system Estimation) here at Honeywell, you will lead the charge in managing and optimizing the technology solutions that drive our sales operations. YOU MUST HAVE:

  • 8+ years of transferrable experience (BMS system Estimation)
  • Proven track record of success in sales roles, preferably in the technology industry
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the products and solutions being sold
  • Experience in managing and developing a sales team

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor's degree in (Instrumentation & Control) & Electronics, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Technical certifications or advanced degree preferred
  • Leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Proven ability to drive results and achieve targets
  • Strong technical expertise and the ability to provide technical support to the sales team
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
