KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute and manage new BA projects, and troubleshoot BA systems for existing clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for our customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth progress of company control processes, as well as the successful implementation of customer services and solutions.
- Conduct training sessions for customers and field service engineers.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on complex technical solutions.
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in Building Automation technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in project management and execution.
- Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships.
