As a ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will lead and oversee production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety in our manufacturing processes.

You will be responsible for managing a team, implementing best practices, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.

You will work out of our Palmetto, FL location on a On-Site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the overall performance of the production team, ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Experience: with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control standards in a manufacturing environment.WE VALUEBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

Experience in manufacturing liquified natural-gas heat exchangers.
