As a Sr Quality Eng Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in leading and managing the quality engineering function within the company. YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality engineering or related roles
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proven track record of successful project execution and delivery
• Proficiency in quality management systems, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation to ensure product compliance and improvement
• Experience with quality tools such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Design of Experiments (DOE)
