Estimating Supervisor

As an Estimating Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for overseeing the estimation process and ensuring the accuracy and competitiveness of project bids. This position is crucial in supporting the organization's growth and profitability by leading a team of estimators and collaborating with various stakeholders to develop precise project estimates.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 2+ years of experience in estimating, preferably in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of construction industry practices and standards
• Proficiency in using estimating software and tools

• Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and drawings to determine project scope and identify potential risks
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
• Manage the bid review process, including presenting cost estimates to senior management
• Monitor market trends and industry developments to stay updated with the latest estimating practices and technologies
• Provide input and support in proposal writing, estimating, and project management activities
