About the role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Experience Professional to join our Customer Support Organization. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for project, supporting Order-to-Cash (OtC) billing process and ensuring excellent customer experience.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Project managers, administration Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure efficient order processing, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement in an international environment.

MUST HAVE

  • Experience in Customer Support, Order Management, Supply Chain, or OtC processes
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) are required
  • Strong knowledge of SAP and CRM/ERP business processes
  • Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Time Management: Efficiently managing time to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong skills in addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and able to work effectively in an international environment
  • Problem Solving: Aptitude for identifying issues and implementing effective solutions promptly
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to changing customer needs and business environments

  • Manage end-to-end customer billing, including validation, scheduling, and changes
  • Resolve operational issues related to billing issues
  • Cooperate with internal stakeholders such as, Finance, Sales, and Project Managers and Specialists to ensure smooth billing flow
  • Monitor order backlog, reporting, and support month-end and quarter-end activities
  • Maintain process documentation, support knowledge transfer activities, and participate in process improvements
