As a Field Service Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will provide advanced technical support in Industrial Automation, troubleshoot complex issues, ensure solution implementation, and drive customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide value-added services to Honeywell customers.
Ability to schedule and plan periodic maintenance service to contract customer base on service contract requirement.
Lead a team of technicians to perform the periodic maintenance service and attend to customer’s spot call.
Maintain and establish a good working relationship with the customer.
To do project management for alteration, additions or retrofit works on service site.
Propose small work quotation for customer and carried out the proposed work on acceptance.
Support sales on technical requirement of maintenance or retrofit sites, and including basic costing of job.
Assist project manager on big scale project to execute the project smoothly, on-time and on budget.
Adhered strictly to the Honeywell HSE policy and requirements.

Key Experience & Capabilities:Engineering Bachelor’s Degree 2-3 years of work-related project management experience in BMS/FAS/Security field preferred, with project and logical knowledge in ACMV/HVAC/FAS/Security system control logicRelated work experience and relevant knowledge of BMS, FAS, CCTV and Security systems will be consideredBuilding Safety Supervisor Certification (preferred) SCEM (preferred) Who We AreThe Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
