As an Advanced User Experience Designer at Honeywell, you will design innovative user experiences that enhance customer satisfaction and engagement. You will apply advanced UX principles and methodologies to create intuitive, user-centered digital solutions that align with business goals and technology capabilities.

You will report directly to our Sr Director User Exp Design.

In this role, you will impact on the overall quality and effectiveness of Honeywell’s digital products by driving user experience strategy, conducting user research, prototyping, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless and engaging user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end experiences across new and existing features within Honeywell’s product suite.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to translate ambiguous requirements into clear, user-friendly designs.
• Produce wireframes, low and high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes with supporting documentation that communicates design intent across the team.
• Build design concepts using Figma and Fig Jam.
• Apply UX best practices and multi-source insights to create designs that balance user needs with business outcomes.
• Lead the design and ongoing evolution of the Forge 2.0 Design Language System.
• Ensure designs meet WCAG accessibility standards.

Key Experience & Capabilities:

• A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Product Design, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in UX and UI design, including persona development, user journeys, use cases, and storyboarding, with strong proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and visual design for mobile and desktop applications.
