As a Senior Program Controls Sp here at Honeywell, you will manage from a high-level position responsible for overseeing and leading the program control and coordination functions within an organization. This role involves managing a team of program control professionals and ensuring the successful execution of complex programs and projects.
You will report directly to our Program Controls Director and you’ll work out of our Mexico City, Mexico location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will ensure that programs and projects are efficiently and successfully executed while providing strategic leadership and guidance to your team of program controls professionals.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in program controls, project management, or related roles
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
  • Experience with project planning and scheduling tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Experience in a global organization
  • Experience in managing large and complex projects
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills

  • Oversee and manage the program controls function for projects and programs
  • Develop and implement project planning and scheduling strategies
  • Monitor and control project costs and budgets
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Analyze project performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
  • Ensure compliance with project management standards and best practices
