You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Tempe, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.

YOU MUST HAVEBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Aerospace engineering or related fields.A minimum of 8 years of experience in project engineering, specific to test and engineering laboratories, within the aerospace industry or other related field.

Strong knowledge of engineering test methodologies and tools specific to aerospace products.

Experience in test facility setup and correlation testing with production assets.

Proficiency in using testing tools and technologies such as MATLAB, LabVIEW, or similar software.WE VALUEAdvanced degrees in Engineering, such as MS in Aerospace Engineering or related fields.

Experience in aerospace product testing and evaluation.

Technical knowledge of vibration and environmental testing Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
