As a Software Engineer here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for developing software under the LenelS2 On Guard product line. In this role, you will impact the security landscape by contributing to industry-leading solutions which protect and manage critical infrastructure for our clients, enhancing their operational efficiency and safety.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience in software development
• Very good knowledge of an object-oriented programming language (preferably C++14 and above) and SQL
• Basic knowledge of distributed systems and client-server architecture
• Willingness to leverage GenAI coding assistants (e.g. GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex)
• Good written and verbal English and Polish communication skills

Nice to have:

• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in developing distributed or high-performance systems
• Experience with any of the following: REST API, C++ 14 and beyond, C# (.NET Framework), Message Broker (e.g. RabbitMQ), Rust, Visual Studio
