You will report directly to our Director of Flight Operations and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the overall passenger experience, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and providing top-notch service that enhances customer satisfaction and loyalty.
YOU MUST HAVEKnowledge of culinary arts, food, wine, and menu planning to provide first-class service to corporate passengers.3 plus years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the aviation industry.Minimum of twelve (12) months experience (or equivalent) as a Flight Attendant on the same or larger type of aircraft than the one assigned.Familiarity with the specific aircraft type to which they are assigned.Possession of a certificate from an approved Flight Attendant Training organization, as determined by the Manager, Passenger Services and the Vice President, Flight Operations.Ability to pass a company pre-employment physical examination, including a drug screening test.Ability to pass a background investigation conducted by Honeywell’s Security.Strong knowledge of safety regulations and emergency procedures.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations.Proficiency in first aid and emergency response techniques.WE VALUEBachelor's degree in hospitality, communications, or related field.Experience in a flight attendant role or similar position.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.## About Honeywell
