Honeywell Process Automation is seeking a Senior Account Manager to drive growth across Oil & Gas and Power customers in Kuwait. The role is responsible for managing strategic accounts, building strong customer relationships, and delivering sustainable revenue growth through effective account planning and execution.
Minimum 7+ years of sales/account management experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, or Power
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Strong background in process automation or industrial solutions is preferred
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing strategic accounts
- Strong skills in relationship management, forecasting, and account planning
- Arabic speaker preferred
- Fluent in English

- Manage and grow key customer accounts across Oil & Gas and Power sectors
- Develop and execute account plans aligned with customer strategy and Honeywell objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders at all levels
- Drive pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and opportunity closure\
- Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and contract closure
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Engineering, Services, Finance, Legal) to deliver competitive solutions
- Identify new business opportunities including digital and lifecycle solutions
