As a Sr Sales Operations Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in supporting and optimizing our sales operations within the Building Automation business. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient sales processes, accurate data management, and effective sales support to drive business growth and operational excellence.

You will report directly to our Sr. Director Sales Excellence, and you’ll work out of our Mexico location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales organization by streamlining operations, providing insightful sales analytics, and enabling the sales team to focus on delivering exceptional customer value.

As a Sr. Sales Operations Specialist at Honeywell, this role is responsible for optimizing sales operations and driving data‑driven decision making within the Building Automation business. The position partners closely with sales, finance, and cross‑functional teams to streamline sales processes, manage pipeline and forecasting, and deliver actionable sales analytics through enterprise‑level dashboards and KPIs. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Sales Excellence, this role enables Connected and Software sales teams to operate more efficiently, improve visibility into performance, and focus on delivering customer value, while continuously evolving sales tools, methodologies, and best practices in a fast‑paced, hybrid environment in Mexico.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 5+ years of transferrable experience in sales operations or sales support roles.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, data management, and sales analytics.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tools relevant to sales operations.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in sales forecasting and pipeline management.

  • Develop and evolve enterprise-level dashboards and KPIs that enable data-driven decision-making and visibility into sales operations.
  • Support and optimize sales processes to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness of HBS and Connected Strategy sellers.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and other teams to ensure accurate sales data and reporting.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide operational support to HBS SE Global Leaders including order forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Assist in the implementation of sales tools and methodologies to enhance sales performance.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and processes.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging best practices in sales excellence to guide strategy.
