YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in employee engagement, talent management, DEI initiatives, or related HR functions.
• Fully Bilingual, English Spanish.
• Strong knowledge of engagement tools, survey platforms, and data analysis techniques.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and talent management software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across diverse teams.
• Valid US Visa and Passport.
• Availability of travel (30%).
• Excellent project management skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Familiarity with corporate culture transformation and inclusion initiatives.
• Background on data analytics functions.
