We are seeking a SAP S/4 Functional Order to Cash (OTC) Resource to drive global template design, configuration governance, and best-practice adoption across the full Order to Cash lifecycle.
This leader will serve as the functional design authority for OTC, ensuring scalable enterprise structure design, advanced pricing architecture, cross-module integration, and disciplined RICEFW solution governance in a highly regulated, multi-entity environment.
Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field.10+ years SAP functional experience.3+ full lifecycle SAP implementations (minimum 1 S/4HANA).5+ years leading functional OTC workstreams.
Required Expertise Deep SAP S/4 Order to Cash configuration experience.
Strong pricing configuration and condition technique knowledge.
Experience designing enterprise sales structures in complex global organizations.
Proven RICEFW functional design leadership.
Strong cross-module integration knowledge (FI, MM, PP).Experience operating in SOX-controlled environments.
Preferred Qualifications Aerospace & Defense or complex manufacturing experience.
Experience in global template harmonization programs.
Experience in carve-outs or enterprise separations.
Familiarity with SAP Fiori OTC enablement.
Leadership Competencies Strong governance mindset with structured design discipline.
Executive-level stakeholder communication.
Ability to balance global standardization with local requirements.

Key ResponsibilitiesOTC Functional Leadership & Best Practices Lead global S/4 OTC solution design workshops.
Define scalable global process templates aligned to SAP S/4 best practices.
Enforce clean-core principles and minimize unnecessary customization.
Drive standardization across regions, business units, and legal entities.
Serve as functional design authority for OTC across multi-wave deployments.
Enterprise Structure Design Design and govern scalable enterprise structures including:Company codes Sales organizations Distribution channels Divisions Plants and shipping points Ensure alignment between commercial, supply chain, and finance structures.
Support multi-entity, intercompany, and global operating models.
Enable harmonized reporting across enterprise hierarchies.
Configuration Ownership Lead hands-on SAP S/4 OTC configuration including:Sales order management Delivery processing Billing and invoicing Credit management Returns processing Intercompany sales Ensure seamless integration with:Finance (AR / R2R)Supply Chain & Inventory Revenue recognition Support high-volume manufacturing and complex contract-based sales models.
Pricing Architecture Architect and configure advanced pricing structures including:Condition techniques Pricing procedures Rebates and incentives Contract pricing Surcharges and discounts Drive pricing governance and transparency.
Enable margin visibility and profitability reporting.
Support government, milestone, or project-based billing structures where applicable. RICEFW Design & Governance Define and govern RICEFW solution design in partnership with technical teams.
Author high-quality Functional Design Documents (FDDs).Ensure alignment to clean-core strategy and minimize technical debt.
Participate in design authority reviews for complex enhancements.
Support testing cycles (SIT, UAT, regression).
Cross-Functional Integration Ensure seamless integration across:Procure to Pay Supply Chain Record to Report Central Finance (if applicable)Partner with Data, Security, and Technical Delivery teams to ensure end-to-end process integrity.
Support end-to-end Order to Cash analytics and KPI enablement (OTIF, DSO, margin).
Data & Governance Collaborate with MDM teams on:Customer master governance Pricing master data Material master integration Support data migration validation and cutover readiness.
Ensure documentation traceability and audit compliance.
