As a Principal Hardware Engineer here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading and driving the hardware design process from concept to production. YOU MUST HAVE:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 6+ years of experience in hardware design and development
• Strong knowledge of hardware design principles and methodologies
• Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout tools
• Experience with hardware testing and validation
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
