Senior Territory Manager Honeywell Productivity Solutions and Services– Portugal

Honeywell has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Territory Manager – Portugal to drive business growth across the Portuguese market. In this strategic, customer-facing role, you will be responsible for developing business with both end customers and channel partners, expanding Honeywell’s market presence, and increasing share within your assigned territory.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the local sales strategy, identifying new growth opportunities, and strengthening long-term relationships that support sustainable revenue growth.
You will report directly to our Country Sales Manager Iberia, and you’ll work out of our Portugal location on a hybrid work schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business development across Portugal by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing customer accounts.
- Build, manage, and grow strong relationships with channel partners to maximize market coverage and penetration.
- Collaborate closely with the Country Sales Manager Iberia to align on sales priorities, account strategies, and revenue objectives.
- Actively manage the sales pipeline and contribute to forecasting accuracy and territory planning.
- Represent Honeywell with professionalism and credibility in customer and partner engagements.
- Travel within the territory as required to support customer meetings, partner activities, and business development initiatives.
You Must Have:
- Proven experience in business development and sales management, ideally within technology, industrial, or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of the Portuguese market, customer landscape, and business culture.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is an advantage.
- Demonstrated success in managing and growing channel/partner ecosystems.
- Experience resolving channel conflicts and aligning partner interests with business objectives.
- Proficiency with IT tools, including Microsoft Excel.
- Willingness and availability to travel as required for business needs.
We Value:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related discipline.
- Experience working within a multinational or global organization.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills across diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of or experience in the AIDC (Automatic Identification and Data Capture) sector.
- Experience with sales forecasting and CRM tools, particularly Salesforce.
