Honeywell has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Territory Manager – Portugal to drive business growth across the Portuguese market. In this strategic, customer-facing role, you will be responsible for developing business with both end customers and channel partners, expanding Honeywell’s market presence, and increasing share within your assigned territory.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the local sales strategy, identifying new growth opportunities, and strengthening long-term relationships that support sustainable revenue growth.

You will report directly to our Country Sales Manager Iberia, and you’ll work out of our Portugal location on a hybrid work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business development across Portugal by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing customer accounts.
  • Build, manage, and grow strong relationships with channel partners to maximize market coverage and penetration.
  • Collaborate closely with the Country Sales Manager Iberia to align on sales priorities, account strategies, and revenue objectives.
  • Actively manage the sales pipeline and contribute to forecasting accuracy and territory planning.
  • Represent Honeywell with professionalism and credibility in customer and partner engagements.
  • Travel within the territory as required to support customer meetings, partner activities, and business development initiatives.

You Must Have:

  • Proven experience in business development and sales management, ideally within technology, industrial, or related sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the Portuguese market, customer landscape, and business culture.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and growing channel/partner ecosystems.
  • Experience resolving channel conflicts and aligning partner interests with business objectives.
  • Proficiency with IT tools, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Willingness and availability to travel as required for business needs.

We Value:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related discipline.
  • Experience working within a multinational or global organization.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills across diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of or experience in the AIDC (Automatic Identification and Data Capture) sector.
  • Experience with sales forecasting and CRM tools, particularly Salesforce.
