Role Overview:
The IT Services Sales Enablement Specialist acts as a strategic interface between Services Organization (Professional Services, Custom Solutions, Technical Support, et.) and regional sales organizations. This role ensures alignment, communication, and engagement across teams to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Sales Enablement, Professional Services, or similar commercial role
- Strong understanding of offerings and pricing models.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.
- Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and data-driven decision-making.
Key Skills:
- Sales enablement tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Project management and organizational skills.
- Customer-centric approach and ability to represent services in client meetings.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Communication & Engagement

Keep sales teams informed about Services offerings, pricing, and new developments.

Organize and maintain communication channels for services-sales collaboration.

Drive accountability within sales teams for pipeline management and sales delivery.

Enablement & Support
-
Develop and distribute enablement materials (playbooks, pricing guides, updates).
-
Maintain accurate SKUs and service catalog for Services.
-
Support sales teams during customer meetings and events to position services effectively.

Feedback & Insights
-
Collect and analyze feedback from sales teams and customers to improve offerings.
-
Share insights with Services and Product teams for continuous improvement.
-
Collaboration & Alignment
-
Act as liaison between internal service groups and regional sales organizations.
-
Ensure alignment of service offerings with market needs and sales strategies.
-
Reporting & Metrics
-
Track engagement, pipeline progress, and enablement effectiveness.
-
Provide regular reporting on sales performance and service adoption.
