In this role, you will impact the company's sales performance and contribute to its overall business growth and market leadership. By effectively managing customer relationships and driving revenue growth, you will position Honeywell as a leader in the portable gas market.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Demonstrated expertise in channel management and regional sales strategies, with the ability to optimize channel performance.
- Strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key end-users.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and Channel management skills.
- Proficiency in utilizing CRM tools and sales analytics to drive decision-making and improve sales processes.
- Experience in the Oil & Gas industry and familiarity with related products and technologies.
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed quotas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage channel relationships and optimize performance to maximize sales opportunities.
- Oversee regional management to ensure alignment with business objectives and market needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
- Lead the development of a comprehensive sales roadmap that incorporates market dynamics, customer insights, and competitive positioning.
- Develop initiatives to enhance customer loyalty and lifetime value by addressing immediate needs and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
- Initiate partnerships and alliances to extend market reach and introduce innovative solutions.
- Conduct evaluations of channel partners to identify performance issues and implement corrective strategies.
- Prepare and present sales performance reports to senior management with insights and recommendations based on analysis.
- Lead cross-departmental projects to ensure alignment of marketing, product development, and customer service with sales objectives, enhancing client satisfaction and operational synergies
