In this role, you will impact the sales organization by driving transformative initiatives, optimizing sales operations, and elevating the overall sales strategy. You will have the opportunity to shape and implement best practices, foster innovation, and ensure the highest level of operational efficiency within our sales organization.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- 6+ years of transferrable experience in sales, sales excellence or sales operations roles.
- Proven experience in sales leadership roles, with a focus on driving sales excellence.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in driving sales transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of sales excellence strategies and initiatives in collaboration with Regional Sales Excellence team.
- Design, optimize and implement sales processes, methodologies, and tools to drive sales performance and efficiency.
- Provide expert guidance and support to the sales team in achieving their targets and objectives.
- Support business reviews, AOP planning, SIP planning, etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address sales process gaps and opportunities.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales excellence.
