As a Program Controls Specialist here at Honeywell, you will manage and direct the control and oversight of various aspects of a project, such as scheduling, cost management, risk assessment, and reporting.

In this role, your impact will be substantial, as you are responsible for managing and overseeing the control, coordination, and oversight of various program and project management aspects. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university in Business, Math, Finance or Economics or similar field
• Must graduate December 2026 or later
• Must continue enrollment in degree program upon completion of the internship
• Validated academic excellence (3.0 GPA and higher)
• Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.

WE VALUE

• Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience
• Ability to work in a large and diverse team in a matrix-work environment.
• User experience of SAP system.
• User experience of Microsoft Project
• Experience with financial data compilation, analysis and metrics management.
• Experience in usage of Earned Value metrics, managing budgets and milestone fidelity.
