We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Leader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in large-scale cloud/SaaS application development and delivery with a strong background in sustainability domain.

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience as a Engineering Leader/NPI Delivery Leader with a strong background in large-scale cloud development.
• 10+ years’ experience in Cloud domain, with hands on development experience on Energy Monitoring systems.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience with IoT, data analytics, and real-time systems is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Engineering team of 30+ and the development of complex software systems for large-scale cloud-based applications within Energy and sustainability industry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver innovative software solutions
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring best practices and high standards in software architecture.
• Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure solutions to meet the evolving requirements of the energy industry.
• Conduct technology evaluations and make strategic decisions on software architecture and tools to ensure scalability and performance.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into technical requirements and solutions.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends in AI, cloud development and energy technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
