As a Sr Customer Marketing Specialist in Honeywell Building Automation here at Honeywell, you will design and deliver end-to-end messaging for our most important customer engagement moments, including executive briefings, Customer Experience Centers (fixed and mobile), and large Honeywell-owned events.

This role is responsible for crafting the strategic narrative that connects Honeywell’s capabilities to customer outcomes, ensuring a consistent, executive-level story across global events, CXCs, roadshows, and localized engagements.

You will partner closely with global marketing, sales leadership, product teams, and regional marketers to build compelling storylines that drive customer confidence, accelerate demand, and elevate the Honeywell brand.

You will work out of our Atlanta, GA location on a Hybrid work schedule.

Impact You Will Have

You will define how Honeywell tells its story at the moments that matter most, when executives visit our CXCs, attend global summits, or experience Honeywell-owned events.

Your work will:

  • Build executive-level messaging frameworks used across CXCs, mega-events, and roadshows

  • Create consistent end-to-end customer narratives across awareness, engagement, conversion and expansion

  • Elevate the storytelling quality of global Honeywell-owned events and executive briefings

  • Enable regional teams with localized experience playbooks

  • Drive measurable pipeline impact through narrative-led customer engagement

This role directly supports Honeywell’s global event strategy, CXC strategy, and priority account engagement programs.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Messaging Architecture

  • Design end-to-end executive narratives that clearly communicate Honeywell’s value.

  • Build modular messaging frameworks that scale across CXCs, events, and executive briefings.

  • Translate complex solutions into simple, outcome-focused executive stories.

  • Partner with senior leaders to craft keynote messaging, boardroom content, and strategic presentations.

Customer Experience Center Storytelling

  • Develop storytelling for fixed CXCs (e.g., Atlanta Experience Center) and mobile CXCs (tech truck roadshows).

  • Design the narrative flow across demos, exhibits, product zones, and customer success stories.

  • Create scripts, talk tracks, signage content, and presentation decks for CXC tours.

  • Ensure every CXC visit delivers a consistent, high-impact Honeywell story.

Honeywell-Owned Event Messaging

  • Lead messaging strategy for global growth summits, leadership kickoffs, customer conferences, and executive events.

  • Create reusable messaging toolkits for regional events.

Demand Generation/ Consultant Narrative Integration

  • Align executive storytelling with localized demand generation strategies.

  • Build messaging frameworks that support priority consultant engagement strategies and pipeline growth.

Localization & Scale

  • Work with regional marketing leaders to adapt executive messaging into localized experiences.

  • Develop playbooks for CXCs, roadshows, and regional events to ensure consistency globally.

  • Train regional teams and presenters on storytelling delivery.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in strategic storytelling, executive communications, or marketing strategy roles.

  • Strong facilitation and collaboration skills with senior leaders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.
