As a Logistics Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing logistics operations to ensure the efficient movement and delivery of goods within our supply chain. You will work out of our El Paso, TX location on an On-Site work schedule.

YOU MUST HAVE- 3+ years of proven experience in logistics management or related roles.

1+ year of Experience being in a Leadership Role with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.

Experience working with SAP or similar ERP tools.

Ability to implement process improvements and drive operational efficiency.

Knowledge of transportation regulations and best practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Promote effective Health, Safety, and Environmental programs and practices.

Promote vision, direction, and leadership for the development and implementation of process improvements and lean initiatives through the use HOS (Honeywell Operating System)

Assist with development and delivery of the Annual Operating Plan and Metrics Improvement.

Maintain cost effectiveness through aggressive productivity and asset management.

Monitor and evaluate goals, driving for standardized effective solutions to existing problems.

Assist with teams standardized work to ensure adherence to standard processes and procedures.

Support and maintain the 5S system.

Review metrics daily, participate in daily communication meetings, and respond as required to abnormalities.

Promote a quick response to problems and support the escalation to drive a quality process.

Communicate goal progress and roadblocks to Operations Manager.

Work closely with production planning, manufacturing engineering and other support staff to assure all requirements are met.
