We are seeking an experienced Senior Collection Analyst to drive collections performance and manage credit risk across the APAC region. This role plays a key part in improving cash flow, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting business growth through effective receivables management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end collections, including overdue follow-ups, dispute resolution, and delivery of monthly and annual cash targets.
• Manage credit risk through contract review, payment terms evaluation, and timely escalation of collection issues.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and senior leadership to resolve issues and improve collection efficiency.
• Prepare cash forecasts, aging analysis, and provide insights through regular reporting and cash calls.
• Support AR operations including reconciliations, payment application, audit confirmations, and process improvement initiatives.

Key Experience & Capabilities:

• Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
• 10–15+ years of experience in collections / AR / credit control
• Experience in industrial, engineering, or equipment-based industries preferred
• Strong knowledge of:
• Excel
• Financial analysis
• SAP (preferred, can be trained)

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Results-driven with strong execution capability
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional environments
• Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset

Language Requirements

• Fluency in English (mandatory)
• Mandarin Chinese (mandatory)
