We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Marketing Sr Specialist to drive the execution of vertical and country marketing growth plans for Building Automation in France.

In this role, you will be responsible for accelerating demand generation in France through the development of vertical specific and country growth marketing plans, and the execution of these comprehensive plans, making use of marketing shared services for creative and content, media and events.

Your ability to understand customer needs, translate into a value proposition to ensure that local sales and customer marketing objectives are captured and acted on, as well as the overall business goals, is essential for success in this role. Through the use of account-based marketing, your work will deliver impact with campaigns that strengthen customer relationships, grow engagement with target audiences, enhance brand perception, new product introduction (NPI) awareness, and contribute to the overall success and profitability of the company.

The successful candidate will have a track record in delivering measured results through planning, managing and executing marketing campaigns at country level. The candidate will also have excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Proven experience of at least 6 years in channel marketing or related roles.

  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing channel marketing strategies.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

  • Proficiency in demand generation and lead generation strategies.

  • Experience in utilizing marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.

  • Knowledge of distribution and partner channel dynamics.

  • Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration (preferred).

  • Passion for driving channel growth and maximizing sales opportunities.

  • Proven track record of developing successful channel marketing programs.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive vertical specific and country growth marketing plans in France that align with Building Automation business goals, optimizing partner and end-user engagement that generates a strong sales pipeline through campaigns and events

  • Increase reach and engagement through the use of account-based marketing, and ensure that communications and outreach efforts is adapted in local language to resonate with customers in France translating into increased country footprint.

  • Ensure that the marketing shared services for creative and content effectively deploys the value proposition in collaterals.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the direct and indirect commercial teams and verticals sales in France to capture continuous improvement for campaigns.

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and performance evaluation, in collaboration with the marketing shared services for creative and content, media and events, of promotions, integrated marketing campaigns for verticals, NPI or other impact campaigns designed to engage customers and drive revenue.

  • Lead the management of Marketing Development Funds (MDF) with key channel partners and distributors and coordinate the development of joint marketing initiatives to maximize their reach and effectiveness in France.

  • Lead the development and execution of small local events, targeting different audiences including end-users, specifiers, and partners to foster connections, build new relationships and generate revenue.

  • Leverage collaborations with sales in France and customer marketing to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
