The SAP Commissions Specialist will be accountable for implementing and maintaining the SAP Commissions solutions and SAP Commissions Platform. The specialist will work closely with the functional team and partners to fully understand their problems to be solved for rapid resolution (break fixes). The Specialist will also provide technical solutions for Service Requests /Enhancements based on business requirements.

Skills & Experience Needed:

  • B. Tech or M. Tech degree in technology related program or equivalent
  • 5+ years’ Application Maintenance experience with Callidus/SAP Commissions product
  • 2+ years’ experience with CDL/XDL, Advanced Workflow and Embedded Analytics
  • Design, develop and maintain SAP Commission rules, configs for SAP Commission.
  • Manage Users through IAS, IPS and Thunder Bridge.
  • Design, develop and maintain workflows for SAP Commission.
  • Build Stories in Embedded Analytics.
  • Proficient in Commissions HANA DB data Model.
  • Expertise in SAP T&Q will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent domain expertise, technical aptitude, and ability to quickly adapt new technical skills

SAP Commissions Specialist is responsible for the following:

  • Act as the technical point of contact for functional counterparts and partners.
  • Research, analyze and troubleshoot to diagnose and resolve technical problems.
  • Requirement gathering for Enhancements/Service Request.
  • Designing, configuring, testing, and deploying the Solutions.
  • Documenting Functional Requirements and Solution Design
  • Estimating work effort and delivery timelines.
  • Collaborate with the functional counterpart and cross-functional Teams.
  • Work Independently on Tasks in a fast paced and changing Environment.
  • Provide prompt Platform Support ensuring smooth Business operations.

Qualities of the Ideal Candidate:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong understanding of all SAP Commission Components.
  • Knowledge of compensation plans and bonuses along with implementation of compensation rules into SAP Commission using different components.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technology products and languages
  • Ability to problem solve and think strategically
  • Professional organizational skills and ability to work on multiple Tasks at once
  • Strong interpersonal skills with experience interacting with audiences of all technical and management levels
  • Eagerness to contribute to a team-oriented environment with a "can do" attitude
