We are on the lookout for an experienced Software Engineer who is passionate about creating innovative software solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

In this role, you will work in a fast-paced and exciting development environment with a team of experienced software and systems engineers to satisfy technical requirements, support functional load deliveries and ensure compliance with certification requirements.

You will report directly to our FMS Sr.

Software Engineering Manager, and you will work at our Phoenix, AZ location on a hybrid work schedule.

Strong C plus plus or Object-oriented programming skills.

Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.

Strong software architecture and design development skills. WE VALUEBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.

Knowledge of aerospace standards and regulations, such as DO-178C.Experience in leading the team for developing software for embedded systems.

Multi-core / multi-thread development experience.

Strong understanding of OOAD approach and concepts.

Strong analytical and software development skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
