You will be joining one of our most strategic initiatives to build a cloud-based software-as-a-service unified security solution supporting access control, video, and monitoring capabilities. As part of the engineering team, you will work in a continuous delivery environment and contribute to features that directly impact our customers daily.

The Lead Software Engineer will drive feature planning and design sessions, architect and implement software solutions, assist with test plans and documentation, and maintain those solutions. This position produces significant results through technical and team leadership and the building of strong coaching/mentoring peer relationships. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements, and posesses excellent communication skills.

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related major; Bachelor’s degree with significant technical experience can be substituted.
• Min. 7 years of experience developing modern web applications or cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP) and serverless architecture
• Mastery of modern JavaScript frameworks and tools such as Node.js, React.js, and Webpack
• Ability to organize large-scale codebases using common JavaScript patterns
• Experience with distributed systems, network security, automation tools, system analysis, designing unit testing – must have, continuous integration systems and automated integration testing – nice to have
• Extensive experience building RESTful web services and scalable solutions with zero-downtime deployment
• Excellent English and Polish written and verbal communication skills
