About the role

As an Field Service Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide advanced technical support and expertise to our customers in the Process Automation (PA) business unit. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions, and driving customer satisfaction. Your expertise and commitment to excellence will play a crucial role in the success of our field service operations and the growth of our business.

You will report directly to our Program Manager.

In this role, you will impact on the efficiency, productivity, and safety of our customers' operations by providing exceptional technical support and service.

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution/university in a technical discipline such as electronic engineer, Instrumentation engineer or Computer systems engineer
  • Minimum of 8+ years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on complex technical solutions.
  • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in Process Automation technologies.
  • Experion certification –OPM L3 and Experion L3 is preferred
  • Networking experience, CCNA certification is preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficient English level.

  • Leading the project technical scopes and deliver the project objective.
  • Be a technical focal point for customer
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for our customers.
  • Provide advanced technical support and expertise for our PA solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of our solutions.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Extensive mobilization to customer locations as per project needs
  • Maintain project deliverable as per Honeywell process and meet all quality and audit requirements
