We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with strong experience in C#/.NET,React, and Agentic AI programming. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain intelligent applications that leverage autonomous AI agents capable of planning, reasoning, decision-making, and tool orchestration to solve complex tasks

• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Web API
• Solid experience with React and TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI systems
• Experience integrating LLMs via APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, etc.)
• Understanding of:
• AI orchestration
• Tool/function calling
• Memory management for agents
• Experience with REST APIs and database design
• Knowledge of cloud-native application development

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or related field
• 3–6+ years of full stack development experience
• 1+ years of hands-on experience building AI or agent-based systems

Backend Development (C# .NET)

• Design and build scalable backend services using C#, ASP.NET Core, and Web APIs
• Develop secure, high-performance APIs to support AI-driven workflows
• Implement asynchronous processing, event-driven architectures, and microservices
• Manage relational and non-relational databases using Entity Framework / Dapper
• Ensure system reliability, observability, and performance optimization

Frontend Development (React)

• Build modern, responsive user interfaces using React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
• Develop agent interaction dashboards, workflow visualizations, and real-time UI updates
• Integrate frontend components with AI-powered backend APIs
• Optimize UI for usability, accessibility, and performance

Agentic AI Programming (Core Responsibility)

• Design and implement AI agents capable of:
• Autonomous decision-making and goal execution
• Task planning, decomposition, and reasoning
• Multi-step workflows and tool/function calling
• Develop agent frameworks using LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or open-source models)
• Implement:
• Memory (short-term and long-term)
• Context management and state persistence
• Agent coordination and multi-agent systems
• Integrate agents with external tools, APIs, databases, and enterprise systems
• Apply prompt engineering, guardrails, and evaluation strategies for agent reliability
• Handle AI failures, fallback logic, and safe execution boundaries

Cloud, Dev

Ops & Integration:

• Deploy AI-powered services on Azure/AWS with scalability in mind
• Use CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automated testing
• Work with containerization tools such as Docker
• Monitor AI agent behavior, logs, and performance metrics
