Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in backend software development.

• Extensive experience with modern DevOps tools and automated deployment strategies.

• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative, and safety-focused environment.

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable backend services and APIs using Golang and Python.

• Architect and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines to streamline the software delivery lifecycle.

• Hands on experience for AI / MLOps and able to architect / develop MLOps pipelines and observability

• Implement robust automation frameworks to enhance system reliability and performance.

• Collaborate with global engineering teams to integrate software solutions into complex HON platforms.

• Drive the adoption of cloud-native technologies and containerization strategies.

• Maintain the highest standards of code quality and safety-critical documentation in alignment with aerospace regulations.
