YOU MUST HAVE:

· 8+ years of experience in SRE/DevOps, SaaS applications

· 8+ years of experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) – Cloud Formation/Terraform

· 8+ years of hands-on experience Kubernetes, Docker, ELK stack, Datadog

WE VALUE

· Experience in Linux Administration, (Red Hat / CentOS)

· Experience in languages such as Python or Shell Scripting

· Bachelor of Science in Engineering or computer engineering

· Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service

· Expertise in workflow/pipeline automation leveraging Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) workflows

• Drive reliability, availability, and scalability across mission-critical services

• Design and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to enable safe, fast deployments

• Build automation and tooling to reduce operational toil and improve efficiency

• Partner with engineering teams to embed SRE best practices across the development lifecycle

• Define and manage SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets to guide reliability decisions

• Proactively identify risks and implement solutions before they impact production What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years in SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering roles

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and modern cloud architectures

• Solid experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines

• Strong Python skills for automation, tooling, and reliability engineering frameworks

• Deep understanding of SRE principles: observability, incident response, and reliability metrics

• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized workloads

• Proficiency with observability tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)

• Background working with large-scale distributed systems
