• Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience with the following: proficiency in C# programming language; proficiency in SQL database; and experience with code versioning tools like CVS, SVN, Git.
• Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of CAD and C# engineers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
• Oversee the CAD design process, ensuring the timely and accurate completion of design projects.
• Develop and implement CAD standards, processes, and best practices to optimize design efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement in CAD and C# development processes.
• Review and approve CAD drawings and designs, ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Manage CAD software licenses and resources, ensuring proper utilization and maintenance of CAD tools.
