As a Customer Success Representative here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our products and services.

  • You will report directly to our Customer Success Manager and you will work out of our Pune, India location on a Hybrid work schedule.

  • In this role, your impact on the company will be significant. By building strong relationships with customers and ensuring their success, you will contribute to customer satisfaction and retention, ultimately driving revenue growth. Your ability to identify upsell opportunities and provide valuable insights will also help shape the company's product and service offerings, leading to continuous improvement and innovation

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success or account management.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Experience working with CRM software and customer success tools.
