We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a dynamic team of 15+ engineers specializing in RF and Quantum Satellite communication systems. This pivotal role involves coaching and developing engineers, ensuring project performance, and maintaining compliance with both internal and external processes. The successful candidate will also play a key role in supporting business development activities within the Space and Defence markets.

• Proven experience in engineering management, preferably within the RF or Quantum Satellite communication sectors.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• A background in Space and Defence markets is highly desirable.
