• ISC-Mfg – High-Pressure Decay Test

As a Technician here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in supporting our manufacturing operations within the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC). You will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting equipment, ensuring production processes run smoothly, and adhering to safety and quality standards. Your technical expertise and attention to detail will be essential in optimizing our manufacturing efficiency and ensuring the highest quality of our products.

1. Technical Proficiency:
   Strong understanding of fluid power, pneumatics, and the physics of pressure.

Attention to Detail:

Ability to spot minute fluctuations in digital gauges and identify wear and tear in O-rings or fittings.
3. Documentation:
Clear record-keeping of test cycles, serial numbers etc.

**Preferred Industries  - ** Automobile , Aerospace , Automation , Pressure vessel, Piping , Oil and Gas,  etc.

Qualification  -  ITI  / Diploma Mech / Production

Experience required   - 3 years and above

This role is critical for ensuring product safety and integrity. A High-Pressure Decay Test Technician specializes in identifying microscopic leaks by pressurizing components and monitoring the rate of pressure loss over time.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Setup & Calibration: Configure high-pressure decay testing equipment
2. Testing Execution: Perform pressure decay tests by pressurizing parts to specified levels and measuring the change in pressure over a set duration.
3. Data Analysis: Interpret test results to determine "Pass/Fail" based on leak rate specifications.
4. Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance on high-pressure lines, seals, and manifolds to prevent "false leaks" in the system.
