In this role, you will impact the organization by enhancing the functionality and performance of our Oracle ERP systems, enabling data-driven decision-making and improving operational efficiency.

Your contributions will help streamline processes and support our strategic goals.

You will report directly to our Sr IT Manager, and you’ll work out of our Mason, OH location on a Hybrid work schedule.

Hybrid Work Schedule Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F
YOU MUST HAVEMinimum 5 years of experience in IT analysis with a focus on Oracle ERP systems.

Strong technical knowledge of Oracle ERP modules, specifically in Supply Chain Management.

Experience with Oracle workflows, forms, reports, and Apex.

Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis and reporting.

Experience with system integration and data migration processes related to Oracle ERP.Familiarity with Java Server Pages (JSP) for supporting ORACLE ERP frameworks.WE VALUEBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience in project management and leading ERP-related projects.

Key Responsibilities Lead the technical implementation and optimization of Oracle ERP modules, including reports, workflows, and forms, to meet business requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle ERP with other enterprise systems, utilizing Oracle Application Framework (OAF) and Apex.

Conduct system analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance system performance, including the use of Python for automation and AI initiatives.
