As a Sr Software Eng Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in leading a team of software engineers to develop and deliver high-quality software solutions. You will oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget. • BS degree preferred (e.g. Computer Science or Computer/Electrical engineering)
• 5+ years of software testing and quality assurance experience of SaaS solutions, in an Agile development environment
• Practical experience with the Salesforce platform, especially with Salesforce Administration and validating applications built on the Salesforce platform
• Experience defining test strategies and test scenarios for multi-tiered web-facing applications
• Practical experience in all types of testing including exploratory, functional and non-functional testing such as performance and reliability
• 3 years of hands-on experience maintaining test automation frameworks and scripts with Selenium Web Driver
• Ability to create automation scripts beyond “record and playback” using Java/JavaScript
• Extensive experience testing web services, especially REST services
• Knowledge of database concepts, with SQL/Oracle experience (and MongoDB preferably)
• Practical experience with mobile application testing

Preferred skills:

• Salesforce Administrator certification

• Experience working in an FDA regulated environment, with knowledge of validation requirements for the FDA Title 21 CFR Part 11 compliance

• Familiar with build and continuous integration tools like Jenkins

• Exposure to security testing

• Recruit, lead, motivate and coach teams of Track Wise Digital quality engineers to ensure the highest quality product delivery and define metrics to gauge progress against quality goals.

• Understand how all components and interfaces of the product work together and develop QE approaches to fit the overall product architecture.

• Help drive the maturity of Honeywell Quality Engineers to being enterprise-state fostering innovation, predictability, and creativity.

• Help drive test architecture, best practices, framework, tools, and systems for a results-oriented organization.

• Develop product quality and release standards for company products providing oversight for the creation and execution of software test plans, analysis of test results, and release readiness metrics including risk identification.

• Establish resource plans and coordinate QE resources needed for each release.

• Manage program level test and infrastructure projects complex in nature.

• Provide objective information about the quality of each release based on set criteria.

• Help establish policies around release activities and make decisions based on those policies.

• Act as a change agent within the Honeywell organization to improve quality and agility.
