The Sales Local Demand Generation Representative is responsible for generating, qualifying, and accelerating demand for Honeywell’s Commercial Fire portfolio across Southeastern Europe. The role focuses on early‑stage sales engagement, lead generation, and pipeline creation by reaching consultants, design engineers, contractors, distribution partners, and end customers. This position works closely with Sales Leaders, Channel Managers, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure that demand generation activities are coordinated, measurable, and aligned with the region’s commercial priorities.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Early‑Stage Sales Engagement: Drive proactive outreach to new prospects across SEE; engage leads from marketing campaigns; conduct structured qualification calls.

Local Demand Generation Activities: Execute outreach aligned with campaigns; support events; collaborate with channel partners.

Pipeline Development & Handoff: Create qualified SQLs; re-engage dormant leads; align with field sales.

Market Coverage: Map stakeholders; identify new projects; support specifier influence.

CRM Discipline & Reporting: Ensure CRM accuracy; follow SLAs; provide weekly reporting.
Qualifications & Experience:
-
1–4 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or business development.

Strong communication and prospecting skills.
-
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering,
-
English fluency; additional SEE languages preferred.
-
Preferred: Experience in building technologies/fire/security; familiarity with project‑based selling.
