We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Country Manager to lead our operations in Vietnam/ Indo China. The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic thinking abilities, a proven track record in pipeline growth and executional strategies, and exceptional people management skills. This role requires a leader who can effectively engage with end-users, build trust within distribution channels, and uphold the highest standards of integrity and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
Define and drive the future direction of the business with courage and vision.
- Pipeline Growth:
Develop and implement strategies to grow pipelines and enhance executional effectiveness.
- People Management:
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
- Networking Leadership:
Engage directly with end-users and build strong relationships within the distribution channel model.
- Integrity & Compliance:
Ensure all operations adhere to the highest standards of integrity and compliance.
- Industry Knowledge:
Leverage relevant industry knowledge related to AIDC (Automatic Identification and Data Capture), ERP systems, and Individual Software Vendors (ISV).
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior management role, preferably within the AIDC, ERP, or ISV industries.
- Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to grow pipelines and sharpen executional strategies.
- Excellent people management and team development skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- High level of integrity and commitment to compliance.
- Relevant industry knowledge is a plus.
